Hygiene & Cosmetics Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Returns (unused items only)

If your product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement.
